Hi Mike, It would appear that the Administrators of the previous occupant have not made arrangements with Royal Mail to redirect the ladies mail. Therefore, if you endorse all her mail "Deceased" and repost the senders will, hopefully, get the message, update their address lists accordingly, and stop sending. Regards Dave
