This is the second year, that we have started our new Academic year in June. Must admit it does cause issues in certain areas.

Hi Vik, Yes, I get the message in a box in the middle of the screen, and then no panels appear on my homepage. If I try to make any configuration changes, and save them, I get a box in the middle of the screen saying 'Unable to configure Homepage'. It is really annoying now, and I am wondering if I may need to have my SIMS id recreated.

I don't have an error code, just the message which I started the thread with. I am our Data Manager, and have access to pretty much every area. Everything was fine on Monday, but on Tuesday we began our new Academic Year, and I now can't access my Homepage. I appear to be the only person on site who has the problem.

They are looking at the previous school year, but I am the only person having the problem, and it won't let me go back to the default setting and reconfigure the panels.

We have started our new school year this week. Now when I log into SIMS, I get the following message, and my Homepage doesn't display. 'An error occurred configuring the home page. Object Reference not set to an instance of an object''. We have tried re-installing SIMS on my laptop, and I have logged onto other machines, and still get the message. I have also tried removing all of the panels from my homepage configuration, but it won't let me save it. Can anyone suggest anything that I can try?
