Nice to see that everyone's experiences are the same as ours. We've been using them for nearly a year now and they've really gone out of their way to be as helpful as possible, even assisting us with some terminal server problems that were proven to not be caused by Ericom software. At BETT this year we'll be using the Ericom software if anyone wants to have a closer look at it, you may be able to chat with some of the Ericom staff who will be visiting our stand (N1) too. Hi there, I know that this is a slightly old thread, so you have probably solved the issue or have given up, but it looks like you may have been trying to logon on to the PowerTerm WebConnect console using your domain credentials? If so, that is where your problem is, you need to log on using the admin account mentioned in the guide that you hopefully got with your demo. It's a good product, let me know if you have any questions about it as we are sucessfully using it in a few schools at the moment. Kieran Computer Talk
