I have just been handed down a copy of this circular from Becta (the file is attached to this post). I wonder how much this has to do with the possible complaints Becta has been receiving from software suppliers about Capita's anti-competitive practises and the recently claimed £75m over charge by Capita? It appears that Becta may be getting their teeth sharpened and a form of more serious 'investigation and review' is on the way! What’s everyone’s opinions? Becta - Value for Money Follow up.pdf
