ok.. i can now create a webpage.. but i only wanna display the output of a window to the lcd and not the total output coz i also wanna edit the page wen required without interrupting the output to the screen

i know to create a website . i downloaded a very nice wisiwyg editor yesterday. it creates html pages. but how can i display it on the lcd.. i just want a window's output to appear on the lcd and not the whole pc's output. i want to do some tasks on it also while the output is displaying( ie. the pc wont be totally dedicated to only notice board) suggest me a software to do so.. ie. to display the webpage in the screen

Hello, I am going to use an LCD TV as an electronic noticeboard and connect it to a Windows XP PC which is standalone. I want to operate and update this noticeboard from a single pc only. How can i go forward with this idea ? How can i connect the pc to the lcd tv? How can i create messages to be displayed (i mean which will be the best software for this. I want to display multiple messages in a single screen and not a slideshow. Their should also be a channel to display a scrolling message in the bottom.)? pls help me.. Thanks, Ankit
