This worked for me, I set it with a registry GPO. The key(s) I found the Display1_EnableRotation under were something like: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0000 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E968-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}\0001 Value Name: Display1_EnableRotation Value Type: DWORD Value Data: 0
