ermmm................what is it?

I’m after some software that will create appointments for teachers on academic review day. I would want it to be able to take student and teacher names and generate appointments within given time frames. It would also need to manage siblings, for example on 12th January we have Y8 in the morning, Y10 in the afternoon but I’ll invite Y10 siblings to the morning so parents don’t have to attend twice! Anyone knows any software does this at all? Many thanks! Rob.
