I am so sorry I am a completely unsure of codes and stuff - I can only explain what I want.

I have approached an educational company and they are really interested in developing an idea for some software I have but the developer they use is snowed under with work and so have asked me to find someone else to get this software developed. can anyone help? Otherwise I will have to wait a year for their developer to make it!
