There are positive comments on these boards about iSams. It's a relatively new system I believe. A school I am involved with is looking at information system options and iSams is currently the preferred option. However,
(i) Has anyone had any negative experiences?
(ii) How much time did it take to train users on it? Was this as expected?
(iii) It looks like a very exciting system, full of features and options - has anyone struggled with config and/or found it overly complex for end users?
(iv) Any issues converting data from existing systems? Or brickwalls requiring major workarounds?
(v) Any delays on go-live?
(vi) What is post live support like?
(vii) Being web based, has anyone experienced connection/security issues or similar?
