Well what the 'A Person' suggested didn't work either. Back to square one

Will do Plexer. The state of the situation at present is that the domain controllers are being rebooted. A person has suggested there may be a fault in the active directory.

Hiya. Yes the addresses are ok. I am going to log in remotely and see what the the message tracker has to say. (if it's enabled)

User reports that the mail boxes are within the limits .... now I am stuck

Thanks for your reply. The person doesn't know what the message tracking system is (to be honest neither do I) I am now informed that this is only affecting certain users. A real puzzle.

I hope someone can help. I have a customer who reported yesterday that any internal emails are undeliverable. This happened suddenly. External emails are ok. Any ideas please ? Rob
