  20. Thanks for that Dos_Box. One minor point is that resellers will be quoting, but with the huge volume of business up for grabs, the manufacturers will be passing on special discounts (price support/special bid pricing) via their resellers. So you get the best of both worlds, a local and/or trusted supplier to deliver the goods and pricing that you could not hope to achieve on your own. Any reseller will tell you that the tiny margins they make have little effect on your buy prices anyway!! As an example, Wiltshire Council's bigest Storm was won by Lenovo (324 laptops and PCs) but delivered by a wee reseller in Bath (Computer Village) who were the most 'trusted' Wiltshire supplier at the time (ie had been added to the 'trusted supplier list' by the most Wiltshire schools on the system). If you would like to join the Storms but have a particular supplier that you would ideally buy through, then you can invite them onto EduGeek Buy (there is a button on your homepage for this and everything:D). When they click to accept your invitation they are automatically added to your trusted supplier list....and the more Edugeek Buy trusted supplier lists they are on, the more likely they are to have their deal selected by the system as the top deal. If you are a supplier, then asking a few of your favourite schools to add you to their trusted supplier lists could pay off in a big way. Hope that helps. H
