I've just been called out for the same issue. None of our computers will play the sound for the books on this website. Did you resolve this in the end? We use South West Grid For Learning (SWGFL) for our filtering. That often causes issues

Just tried to return some unwanted ipads (unopened) and they want to charge a 20% re-stocking fee?? That comes to hundreds of pounds. Totally unjustified. I'm closing our account with them, I'd never get that kind of service from misco, eplenish, novatech etc which 8/10 times will match ebuyers price anyway... W**kers!

We went for it in the end. But are keeping our options open about the annual support fee.

We are trialing impero at the moment and I would also like to hear anyone elses prices. We have been quoted £16.50 per licence for 150 licences. Seems like their prices have doubled since original post. I don't like the fact that they don't put the sliding scale of prices on their website. When I asked their rep what the scale was he squirmed and said he had a 'complicated' graph to read from so it was difficult to say?? So anyone else got a price they can post? Has anyone negotiated it down??

Could you list them or link to a list. I've been googling for an hour now with poor results and my eyes hurt. Thanks in advance
