Long time lurker, first time poster here.
We have been struggling with this for the past two days after our summer upgrades. Cue staff saying "it worked last year". After playing around with video codecs and players we started removing programs from a PC. We eventually traced the problem to.... Ranger Remote Control. Probably the last thing you'd think of. We upgraded from 9.02 to 10.5 recently and that seems to have broken Maths Watch. If you can revert back to an older version of RRC then it should work, we went back to 9.02 here. We had to get a previous licence from our My Ranger login on their website.
The problem seems to be with updates made to RRC's PCIHOOKS.DLL file to tie into Windows for screen capture and viewing.
