I'm currently looking for a thin client solution and already have experience with Precedence Technologies. I certainly echo what unclesam0 has to say about their support - most requests we put them are achievable and their response is usually within hours. @unclesam0 - I'd certainly be interested in seeing your thin client setup sometime in the near future; perhaps we could arrange a visit to yours?
