thanks for speedy replies. We don't have to use lea but would be much easier due to sla etc. thanks for the link, it will give us another option. The L shaped adapter also sounds like an option - i was hoping for something like that- ideally something where you could adjust the throw to cover any future issues! Thanks again.

Hi there, I'm a newbie here and would really appreciate some help! In my school (primary) all of our projectors are ceiling mounted (also V high ceilings). Most projectors are now several years old and gradually starting to fail. Our LEA now only allows purchase of projectors which have a shorter throw and consequently cannot be used on our existing mounts. Does anyone know of a bracket that could be fitted to the existing mount to reduce the throw - we only need around 6-8"? Any help gratefully received!
