There is an elockerpath variable that you can use when importing users via CSV file. However in order to get it working, I had to create an administrator account to access home areas and then map drives from the SW app server to the root of the home areas. This is internally hosted on Server 2003 and the home folders are also on Server 2003, so whether it would work with CentOS or not I'm not sure.
