Hi Potatopeeler, I am fairly experienced with ClickView. What OS are you trying to run ClickView on? Can you manually try to install .net framework 1.1 and service pack 1 for .net 1.1. Also, can you ensure that the Divx or Xvid codec is installed - both do exactly the same thing. Let me know if you need any more help Regards, Sonic
