i know this thread is a month old, but just incase anyone else is still thinking of trying this, it will no longer work. they have this stupid thing in their small print where you have exactly one month to react to any change in the contract, after which it's hopeless. i ended up coughing up £120 to end my contract, but i'm just glad to be rid of that company. with o2 now - SO much better - you can tell they care about their customers. never going back to three.
