  1. the jack pc is an incredibly cool concept , if anyone wants to take a look i have one, only thing is that they are very expensive when you roll in the power over etherent requirments, hate to say it but im an independant thin client person and having had experinace of Chip PC, Relysis, Compaq, VXl ect , I have nothing but praise for the Ijel linux units, never ever let me down
  2. not wanting to push product on here but norphy is right , the 2x product is excellent and I beleive is free on trial, how ever i do think it works as a round robin solution
  3. Hi simple si, did you make it work in the end, would really appreciate a word if you did
  4. hi there, were pretty sure that its not written to work in this environment and have tried throttling software like cdgs powerfuse, but havent got anywhere, worst case scenerio is that we install the ap on XP terminals and see how we get on.
  5. Can anyone help, we are attempting to run RM maths on Terminal server, the issue is that the processor utilisation just goes off the wall, if anyone could help or has experiance with this ap, we would be extremely grateful, asked are RM but met a massive wall of nothing!
  6. hi there, weve done lots of work with the vxl thinclient laptops and apart from a few initial hiccups they have proven reliable and cheap ish
