Hi Pete, Do you think that I would be suitable for the job... I am 23 currently working in a customer service role with 5 years experience both face to face and over the telephone. Although I have no commerical ICT experience I have 8+ years personal experience (and more importantly, a keen interest) with computers at a level which I am confident would meet your requirements, and I am currently studying for my A+ certification whilst looking for my first role (I was given a role as a Junior IT Technician recently at a local repairs and support company. They waited until the day before my last day at my job to tell me their business had dried up massively and could no longer afford to hire me) Although I do not have GCSE's etc in Technology I do have 8 GCSE's grade C/B including electronics and a national diploma in Music Technology. I also have an ECDL from my personal studies and 3 CIW certifications.
