Hello I have been asked to look into how we deliver remotely, mock tests in March. We need a mechanism to deliver the test to the students, have invigilators monitor the exam via webcams. Currently using Microsoft office 365 and Teams to deliver lessons. Is there anyone doing a similar thing? Any advice on how we would achieve this would be really helpful Thank you

Thank you both for your comments. After a few conversations with a MLS Team Leader, they have finally resolved the issue we were having.

Thank you bennz for your comments. Unfortunately downgrading is not an option as the only reason we upgraded was to fix other issues we were having with the plugin. Are you able to give me an indication as to what product the school moved to?

Since the beginning of term we have had a problem with books being issued via Self issue. The Identikit is no longer working and MLS have confirmed that this is an issue with their plugin. 5 weeks on and we are still without a working Self issue, all I get from support is the fact that it is a high priority and with development. Are any others experiencing similar issues? Are there any alternative Library solutions we should be looking at?
