Hi, Have you upgraded your subscription from SurfControl to Websense as the subscriptions are different? Your best bet would be to log a call with Websense/SurfControl support on 0203-024-4401, provide them with all the versions and information and they will be more than happy to assist further. Normally your call will be live transferred to a member of the support team, or worst case you will ether get a email response or call back with eight working hours. The only stipulations is that you have a valid subscription key. Hope this helps. Roger.
