manually mount, it is ok to play but some error message such as cant open some of the working folder anyway, old version works fine but i cant downgrate now i need to make sure what is the problem with new one. i really avoide to down grate again , pathes have been installed if old one go i might recive error message, just i tired old one in test work station not for all network. do you think anything wrong in registry? Thanks

yes database is ok, i tell you previous version of CDRom Player work fine with database, only problem came with this version

Please can you tell me what is wrong with this RM CDROM Player error message? I have CD ROM Player (V6.15.0.0) and CD ROM player database (v2.56.0.0). When I run the all Title I receive message ‘please insert the CD for program name ’ All installations are OK but I receive this error. Thanks

I had a experience when I got non RM server had same problem to build without dos drive, unfortunately RM is not writing 3rt party dos drive anymore, please make sure with RM, this is, I heard. What I did, extra I just installed one of the available network card to server already it has dos drive here. Still our server’s optical network card is not useful.

I can see everything same here like your one event though my one is CC3 and same version, I am really confuse what I am missing here. I don’t have any problem with database too. Mmm so it could be any patch is missing. Only problem title is not inserting in to virtual drive, is there any peace of software responsible for that? is there any other peace of software support for this? Thanks

Thanks, I have CC3 network, finally I just checked, problem is, title is not working until manually insert the VC image in to virtual drive (U). If I insert the VC image first and click the title, it works fine, if I will not insert the VC image, title is not working, its say insert the CD. Do you have any idea? Thanks

Does RM CD ROM Player Version=v6.15.0.0 virtual CD image 4, recently we copied new version of CD Rom player which is not working. Before we had Version=v4.42.0.0 and it worked with VCD image 4. I am not sure, is there anything missing from new version v6.15.0.0 its size is smaller then old version just 3.02MB but old version was 15MB. Please, can anyone check this?

Hi All Is there a way to add printer driver without .INF file? Situation is this, I don’t have a CD for the printer I just downloaded .EXE file to install, anyway I could install this setup file manually, but this installation would make restart the server, I don’t want to restart the server, ‘add printer’ setup procedure prompt for driver .INF file. Please can anyone tell me, do you use RM CD ROM PLAYER version 6.15.0.0, If so, does it support to VC4 or VC7. I allocated the package version 6.15.0.0 to workstation and after installation on workstation I checked there is no CD ROM Manger but only CD Rom player is there. Before, I had old version (4.42.0.0) package and its installation on workstation gave CD Rom Manger and CD Rom Player. Anyway, version 6.15.0.0 is not working for any title. Version 6.15.0.0 CD Rom Player’s Package size is 3.02MB Version 4.42.0.0 CD Rom Player’s Package size is 15.2MB, I am just thinking how new version came with 3.02MB, or did I get wrong package?

i have .net. I can install manually to work but why it is not installed when I allocate to the workstation.

I don’t have any package CD Rom Player Repair, I know CD Rom Player depends on other programme but I don’t know what programme was that. I think Virtual CD and CD Rom Player Database are the dependencies, but even dependencies are on workstation but CD Rom Player is not there.

CD Rom Player is a dependency programme and not installed even I allocated to workstation, please can you tell me? There is any way to push the programme to install in all workstation. I checked package control there is a message ‘CD ROM Player.ini=NOT_INSTALLED (DEPENDENCY). Is there any solution for it? Thanks

Thank for your interesting Programme which need only VCD image to play, I have made VCD image and added to cd rom database and work fine from icon made in shortcut library after allocated to work station. I can access this programme in any work station with only in admin account, but not working in any other user name. I tried with software restriction but no success. I got error message please insert CD (for title 1) And other message is ‘unable to copy the driver file c:\windows\xobglu16.dll to your windows directory (this is the error for title 2) Thanks

A multimedia title, which was made and worked fine in admin account using crated shortcut but which, is not working from other user account. I have added the group who can use this title in RMMC still I got problem. (no need any installation programme work only with CD). Thanks
