Hi NikChillin, I've used Cambridge Connect for a while now. What do you mean by the server IP? Are you talking about the IP of the Connect Control machine in which case this is the IP of the machine Connect Control is installed on. In terms of difficulties getting it working, the software has it's 'quirks' but once you get the idea of how it works it's generally okay to get running and use. I'm happy to answer any other Connect questions you've got. dev
