    If you logon to Serco's Firstline system their knowledgebase has articles relating to this. IIS(Internet Information Services) needs to be configured on your server. This will drop the 8080 from your URL. This will be acceptable for your ISP provider to supply you with a forward facing IP address. This can be altered in DNS to read similarly to what you mention
