Hi Iam running exchange 2010 on win server 2008 R2 the clients are using outlook 2010, some Teachers are reporting that emails from Hotmail and Yahoo are going into Junk. There are no rules setup in thier outlook and none setup in exchange, we use Sophos pure message as a spam filter and the are no rules setup on this any ideas please.

If it helps access freezes as well the problem is still happening on random staff outlook on the Macs we have works fine for the people who have the problem and also in OWA

Yes it seems to be random i have had about 4 staff upto now i might be barking up the wrong tree but since i changed the ports on they internet options ( we use our own proxy and filter) the problem has stopped doesnot seem logical to me but?

Hi we are using Exchange 2007 sp1 on a 2003 enterprise server 64 bit, the staff are using outlook 2007. i have had a number off staff complain about there emails freezunf when replying to emails it last for about 45 seconds then it send the message, also when we are trying to send large attachments the will not go there are no restrictions on the mail boxes any ideas

Thanks this issue has been sorted it was the EWS authentication had changed after we did an update

Hi since we did some updates on excahnge 2007 we can no longer connect to it with Macs running office 2010 any ideas please we are not saying they updates caused this issue but it is since we rebooted the exchange server we have checked all the servicies are running

They where once called cableserve we had some work done 2 years ago the lads who carried out the work were good workers, but not used them since

I can asure you i am a senior technician in a school in Manchester why im being flagged as sus i don`t know im just reccomending a company iuse who i feel are good so please explain why you deleted the string i do not see what was sus about it
