We've had these in school for a while and they're a constant headache. The support is shocking as well, from a company called 4Front who will do nothing but fob you off until you give up or threaten action against them. I'd avoid them if I were you.

Im having somewhat of an emergancy here at the moment. As an IT technician, i dont normally deal with any of the server work or management system. However our IT manager is out today on other business and has asked me to perform the daily tasks on the servers. One of these is to export a data file from bromcom to phoenix. I followed the instructions in the guide he left but then recieved a phone call saying that bromcom wasnt showing any classes/timetables. I know its unlikely anyone is using the same combination of programs as us but any advice from users of either system would be greatly appreciated. I know bromcom takes its information from phoenix so i would imagine the problem lies within the phoenix system but as i said, i dont normally use it so i couldn't say for certain.
