I have been on hold now with Ruckus Tech Support for over 20 mins now and losing the will to live........arghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh :mad:

Your asking the wrong person here, I really don't think much at all to Ruckus. Our system at my old school was alot more robust, better tech support and was better priced!

Hello all. I am new on here and wanted to see if any of you have experienced nightmares like me with Ruckus? For my sins I have purchased the Ruckus solution and now want to upgrade my network to extend coverage, which is fine, but there are major issues with the controllers/licences. The controller only supports 25 AP's (which I wasn't told) and we need to purchase new controller and additional licences. I haven't told the VP yet and I am not looking for to. I have had the quote and I am very nervous technician indeed! I wish I had looked at the other solutions now as I am going to get shot! Has this happened to you? Please help, is there anyway around this? As the cost to upgrade is nearly the same price as we paid for the initial set up.

Because I was offered 20 AP's for the price of 10 (buy one get one free). We are now looking to expand our network and we need to purchase a whole load of new kit, and licences. Its very expensive and the VP is not happy one bit I am going to get shot ps . support has not been great so far probably because they are not as big as Cisco, 3Com and Aruba etc etc

We have purchased Ruckus at our school as the price quoted was really cheap. My concern is that Ruckus is only a small company - I really wish now I had gone with the other quotes on the table, and even looked at Cisco!
