Here's some more info for you. The following features are no longer in Dreamweaver CS4: • Timelines • Web services • Layout mode • Site Map view • Java Bean support • Flash elements (Image Viewer) • Flash text and Flash buttons • ASP.NET and JSP server behaviors and recordsets

Most notable change in CS4 that I have found so far is the site map feature and the set home page feature is missing. That is so far. Let you know if I find more.
