We have NetOp school 5.5 which we use in various computer rooms to demonstrate the teacher's screen and to remote-control pupils.
It works really well apart from with ProDesktop (cad / 3d design software). When we try to demonstrate ProDesktop the remote window is just blank.
Strangely if we run proDesktop on one of the "pupil" PCs we can then demonstrate that to the whole class with no problem - so the issue seems only to be when both NetOp teacher and ProDesktop are running concurrently on the teacher PC
We have tried installing on different spc machines (better graphics / more memory) to no avail.
Anyone had a similar problem and managed to resolve it?
