I made a clock that has extra time, reminder alerts and runs multiple exams at once. It displays digitally so the non-analogue students can read it. It is html so can download and run locally on Mac or PC, or there is a version that can create an app on an iPad by downloading the webpage to the main page and it will create an icon. Get them at GitHub. They work in French and in English and are fairly customisable (logo, times, alerts, text spoken, silent, beeps, etc.)
