Apparently its a problem in the Outlook App either so I can't even say that as a suggestion 😅 When I raised it with Microsoft Support, amazingly they said to use Chrome instead of their own product and seemed to wash their hands of it. But than again, what else is new with Microshaft...

Hello New member here...and posting in desperation! Has anyone else had issues with users getting an error message that reads 'Something went wrong while the document preview was being created' when users try to preview PDF files within Outlook 365 in both the app and the desktop? Tried all the usual, cookies/cache, different browser, browser extensions, changing default pdf to something other than adobe, different computer...even to the lengths of refreshing local profile on the machine. Doesn't seem to follow any pattern either. We've tried Microsoft Support in the past for this to no avail, I think some of our users have just learned to live with it but I just cannot take that as an answer... Any answers welcome, about ready to pull what remains of my hair out! Thank you!
