Hi! I am trying to setup the assessment and reporting of enrichment activities with the following details Groups are made of a mix of different year group students These groups change after February's half-term (2 sets of groups along the year) On the other hand I have Individual reports set up for Y10 Term 1, Y10 Term 2, etc. which match my result sets. This is the standard way of communicating academic results to parents. Now I need to include the enrichment assessment results in these individual reports and I wonder if anyone has experience with a similar setup as I am finding it complicated to have an "elegant" solution in SIMS. If I use existing result sets (Y9 term 1, etc.) for marksheets and individual reports I cannot use the real enrichment groups for creating the marksheets because then I'd need teachers to filter out students of Y10 in the Y10 Enrichment marksheet (with Y10 result sets) or have a general marksheet with all result sets and make her look for the appropriate column for each student (Y10 Term 2 column for a Y10 student, etc.): not acceptable. On the other hand if I use "Recent" in individual reports and marksheets, the marksheets appear filled in with the latest results, which makes it difficult to track if they have been filled in or not, and has the drawback that if a student is not doing enrichment anymore, last grades will come out in every future report: complicated. This would require some kind of reseting/deletion of grades every new academic year and maybe during half-term, I guess. Another option is to create enrichment result sets (Enrichment 1st half of year and 2nd half) which solves some the "Recent" issues within the year but would require a reset at the beginning of the year to avoid the rest of the problems. I am missing something that can make this less painful? Thank you!
