I just found this old post. I have the same problem. My kids' school uses Smoothwall. When Qustodio is installed on my kids' computers, they are not able to access the school network due to some kind of certificate incompatibility. I contacted Qoria about this - they said this: "I wanted to let you know that we have a project in place to address the issue you're experiencing. It's currently on our roadmap, but I'm unable to provide an exact ETA as I'm in a different department. Rest assured, this is a priority for us and we're working closely with our development team to find a solution." Has anyone been able to resolve this? Is there anything I can do on my end, or is it something the school would need to do? Thanks
