The recommendation from Smoothwall was to remove "Google - Web search (basic mode)" from the content modification policy. I've made this change and whilst I'm not 100% sure it's been fixed, I've not heard back from the school on it re-occuring...! Hi there guys - we've had the same issue where you get re-captcha-ed over and over again. Also using a Smoothwall for filtering. It was an issue before the Summer holidays, and it's just been noticed again today with staff in for exams. Any updates on fixes at all? Many thanks.
