I’m on the sales team for an edTech startup based in the UK. One of the tougher parts of this role is ascertaining how much the average secondary or primary school have in their budgets to spend on educational software.
We’re mainly focused on software to be used in science and mathematics classes. It’d be a great help if any school staff could give me some information on how software procurement is carried out (for example, when in the academic year) in addition to how much you spend on average for software and how much you can bear to spend at a maximum.
