Hey,
I myself have trouble with the same device but fortunately I found the quick solution.
In my case one person lost his USB dongle on one presenter R700 and other person
lost presenter R700 but not USB dongle. So I was having complete set but unpaired.
For this to work and pair properly you need specific Logitech software available at:
https://support.logi.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034568874-Presenter-Pairing-Utility
Of course, there you can not find for what devices this utility is, but for R700 no prob.
