Hi Steve! Yes, Omada hardware is supported with a limited lifetime warranty on our products. Software wise, we provide support for 12 months after initial release for the latest software version, with firmware updates available & 7-year CVE / Security updates from when the product is EOL, or software version has reached its end of development. Firmware updates can be scheduled to avoid network downtime also. Feel free to PM me if you have any other questions!
