The apps in question were bought long before I was at the school - no one can remember when/by who. They don't show up with the rest of the apps in AppsandBooks - which is the problem I presume? Someone did mention contacting apple to get them converted to VPP - but I don't know if that's even possible. And any support we've tried to extract from apple before has been a painful process LOL

we're having a problem (using the free version of Mosyle) where paid apps aren't being shown when we try to create a profile using 'apps and books' as the source. All tokens (VPP/ASM etc) are up to date, all the free apps show up fine, but, even after syncing, the paid apps aren't listed. Some of the school's iPads are supervised, some aren't, but using a profile with 'app store' as the source just produces an error in Mosyle: 'please login to your iTunes store account'...I can't see how it can be a different account? The apps were purchased years ago, long before I started...but I can't see how to get the paid apps to show in 'apple apps and books' so they can be pushed out without error? Any chance anyone knows what might be at the route of the error?
