I've got the same issue with a parent who is insisting that they are able to monitor the students reading out of school. I've tried to add dexcom.com so it is unfiltered and not inspected by SW and I can see the traffic from the students phone in real-time reports passing through without getting blocked, but it still doesn't show for the parent. Do you know what the IP address you had to add was? or did you have a contact for Dexcom? I tried to phone and email Dexcom multiple times but they either don't get back or won't talk to me because I'm not the user.
