I recall seeing something about this over the weekend but for the life of me I cant seem to track it down now, it mentioned ParentPay redundancies. Without sharing specific details a relative who works there confirmed that redundancies are being made.
The company seem to be shifting work to India so the intention looks to be, layoff employees in the UK to then hire from India.
With the data held in SIMS and FMS I am worried that this will be accessed and handled outside of the UK in India. Could this be a breach of GDPR?
We've all seen this before with other companies and I fear that it's downhill from here...
