  1. Excellent thanks! Will give that a try after the holidays!
  2. I'll try temporary plugging it in after Half Term, as I'm not based at that school. HP switch is a HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1920S
  3. What's strange is though, that the other Unifi switch we have, worked first time on this new IP Address. I'm hoping soon the school will buy some new switches as they supposedly looking at Unifi Protect as well
  4. It's using a different IP Address as the old one was still plugged in, but when I remove the old one after Half Term, I can set it back to what the old was
  5. I'll try temporary plugging it in after Half Term, as I'm not based at that school. HP switch is a HPE OfficeConnect Switch 1920S
  6. Our new cloud key is another cab and plugged into a HP Switch as the cab where the old one is, has no space left for a full size rackmount, I'm due to tidy up that cab, so can try move it back if needs be
  7. On a flat network, we used to have a separate admin network, but they are all on one now. I also have a 24 Port POE Unifi switch that I reset in order to adopt after moving controllers and that went through and worked fine. The uplink I think is into another Unifi Switch, although I do have a HP Switch in the Cab, so will try moving it to that.
  8. I've got an older Unifi 8 Port 150 watt POE Switch and when I moved over to a new cloud key controller this morning (13th Feb), it didn't come back online. I've tried factory resetting and re adopting but it just keeps saying connection lost. Anyone got any ideas?
