Hi there! First time poster here, so I hope I've got the right section! I've had a new Canon ir3570 photocopier installed and its all up and working apart from the Remote User Interface (RUI). I should be able to just type in the ip address into a web browser and have the RUI come up, but the browser searches for a few minutes then say the page cannot be found. I've since found that I can't access my HP JetDirects either (new to the job so as far as I'm aware this has been like it since day one) Things I've done to try and remedy the issue: Installed Java VM on server Gone through all group policies enabling web printing Enabled everthing at the Photocopier end Installed all printer management software that came with the ir3570 (Netspot console) All of which haven't made any difference. The photocopier engineer thinks it may be a conflict with the Viglen Classlnk XP running on the server? Any suggestions, any at all, are much appreciated!!
