Yep - spot on, ordered this from viewsonic spares departement (around £200) plugged in and we are good to go!!! If anyone needs a brand new powerboard, let me know as we have one in surplus now :)

I am having the same issue. I replaced the powerboard, no luck (so now stuck with a brand new powerboard), I read online somewhere that there is a procedure to try to get it out of this 'locked state' Unplug the power cable, hold down power button for 30 seconds and then plug in the power again whilst still holding the power button. Give that a try too and let me know!

Hello! Not sure what to do here. Started up the 65" touch screen today and cannot get past this error message. We press OK then the error message just comes back, we cannot do anything else. I've unplugged the power cable for over an hour, still no luck. I can't find any firmware online either as I was thinking to flash it and reinstall. Any ideas welcome!
