with this wonderful client i do wish there was one

so we have a foolish client that has 5 Mac books on a whole windows server and environment. But has a problem every day almost connecting to the server. he looses connection or never gets connection, because then he just resets his machine and after the second or third time of restarting his laptop it works. Is there a reason for this and a solution that anybody can help with?
