We have put the problems of loading errors down to how busy the day is you're trying to load. On the days we have a lot of bookings in, it is really difficult to load a page. During quieter days of bookings or when booking far in advance (when not many bookings are in) the pages load without issue. Not sure if anyone else has noticed anything similar?

No we don't. We have access to some simple booking software's as part of organisation wide licences but none of them are as customisable as RBS is.

Anyone recommend any good replacement room booking options? They are not taking our complaints seriously.
