We ended up connecting them all to a hotspot and reading the MAC Addresses that way as there doesn't seem to be a way to view them otherwise. If you use the hotspot feature built into windows that seems to be the easiest as it lists all the devices connected to it with the IP and MAC. Edit - Had no luck finding which addresses to unblock for our firewall every person I've spoke to at SumUp has basically said they don't know.
