still not whitelisted

Hi, sorry for bothering you, is this way of whitelisting still working? If so, can I, just a person who somehow find this server and register to play some Direwolf 20 1.20 can play, or it must be long time user? (asking because i do as you say, yet after 10 minutes still not whitelisted)
