Thats great thanks so much for your help, all the classes seem to be fine, I can put in attendance marks in them, timetables are all fine, so it must be just an issue with the dates. My academic year shows from 1/9/23 - 19/7/24, my curriculum dates show 1/9/23 - 30/8/24 so guessing thats where the difference is.

Hi New onto this forum, have been working with SIMS for many years but each year it surprises me with a new complication! I was wondering if anyone out there can help me with a problem I have, our new academic year has started today, all the pupils have moved up a year but all the pupils are in brackets and I don't know why? I have applied the timetable so no issue there, all the pupils appear in classes when i roll the date forward but they still all appear in brackets. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
