  1. We have purchased an iPad for a member of staff and are hoping to deploy and manage the device via Samsung Knox. We've followed the step by step guide to enable iPad enrollment on knox, set the policies and downloaded the knox app onto the device and are able to see the iPad in the Knox portal. On the device itself, both within the knox application and Settings-General-VPN & Device Management-MDM Profile, I can see the list of policies we have set for the device however, none of these appear to have taken effect. For example, we have set the pin for the device to be unchangable and disabled Biometrics unlock however I am still able to change the pin and add fingerprints/face ID. Has anyone had any luck enrolling and deploying Apple devices with Knox and if so, have we missed something along the way?
  2. We use it, pretty much as above. We do also use a link with AD and groups for giving/not giving access to the console and what rooms they have access to when using the console so something that would allow us to give specific users access and, depending on what room they are in, control what they have access to would be great
  3. We currently use Impero Education Pro in our school and are coming to the end of our contract and wanting to have a look around for alternatives. So far I have found Netsupport DNA to be an interesting option however other classroom management systems seem to be either just for classroom teacher use or just for IT department use. Just wondering if there are any other quality systems out there that give control of a classroom to a teacher while also giving this and further admin control to the IT department.
